A springbok was drinking at a man made watering hole (the sides are steep and made of concrete). The springbok then fell into the watering hole and couldnt get out. About 10 jackels swarmed around and bit at the springboks neck every time it tried getting out. Finally it gets out and the jackels bring it down and start eating at its neck. After about a min (by this time we thought the springbok was done for) the springbok gets up and takes off. It ran right by the car and had a lot of blood dripping from its neck.
